How merchants issue points
Merchant joins Sekkara
The business signs up for a subscription plan and prefunds (or arranges post-funding for) their loyalty point pool. Every point issued is backed by real e-money held in reserve.
Customer scans at checkout
Using the Sekkara POS app, the cashier scans the shopper's unique QR code. The app identifies the customer's wallet and prepares the issuance.
Double-entry ledger records everything
Points are credited to the customer's wallet and debited from the merchant's issuance balance simultaneously on a tamper-proof double-entry ledger. Each lot carries an expiry date (FIFO applied on redemption).
Dashboard tracks performance
Merchants see real-time issuance totals, redemption rates, and customer engagement metrics in the web dashboard.

Download & sign in
Install the Sekkara app (iOS or Android). Enter your phone number and verify via WhatsApp OTP. Enable biometric unlock for fast, secure access.
Show your QR to earn
At any partner store, tap "Scan" to show your QR code. The cashier scans it and points appear in your wallet within seconds.
Watch your balance grow
Your wallet shows your live point balance and a full transaction history — every earning and redemption timestamped and verified.
Redeem for vouchers
Browse the in-app marketplace, pick a reward, and convert points to a single-use voucher. Present it at checkout — it's validated and burned in one tap.
