Open the Sekkara app at checkout, tap "Scan", and let the merchant scan your QR code — or scan theirs. Points are credited to your wallet instantly. You earn points at every Sekkara partner merchant.
Go to the Rewards tab, browse available vouchers and offers, and tap "Redeem". A single-use voucher is generated in your wallet. Present it to the merchant before it expires — once used or expired, it cannot be restored.
Yes. Points are issued in lots and expire on a first-in, first-out basis. Each lot's expiry date is visible in your transaction history. You'll receive a push notification before a lot is about to expire so you have time to use them.
Your account is tied to your phone number. If you have a new number, contact us at support@sekkara.io with your old number and a form of ID so we can verify ownership and migrate your account. If you still have access to your old number, sign in normally — a one-time code is sent via WhatsApp.
Sekkara collects only the data needed to operate your loyalty wallet (phone number, transaction history, device info for biometrics). We do not sell your data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account directly in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. Alternatively, submit a request via our dedicated page. Note that some financial and ledger records are retained for the period required by applicable law for audit and regulatory compliance.
Merchants sign up through our business portal. There is a subscription fee plus a small per-issuance fee. Once approved, you receive access to the Sekkara POS app and a web dashboard to manage your loyalty programme. Visit our For Business page to get started.
